Chemical Filter Housing Introduction

① Filter is used PP material injection molding, capable of high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance.

② With safety switch device, when the motor is overloaded or single phase operation, the safety switch can automatically cut off the power supply.

③ Parts can be fully interchangeable, and easy to replace.

④ The filter material can be changed according to customer's options or use condition.

⑤ Filter is high precision, widely used, high effciency, simple operation, and easy to clean.

Feature

I) It is a machine with multi-function. This series has unique functions, and can choose and replace kinds of filter materials depending on the cutomer's use condition.

II) The main body and the base of the filter are made of PP material by intgrated injection molding. So it is with minimum welding point, but with high-temperature resistance & acid and alkali resistance.

III) Filter design, high precision filtering, wide filtration area, high efficiency, simple operation, easy cleaning and small space occupying.

IV) We can select PP or acrylic as the filter cartridge material depending on the customer's requirements. The transparent acrylic is applied to the temperature which is lower than 60 degrees.
