Pay attention to the following points when operating with a pneumatic diaphragm pump:
1. Ensure that the maximum particles contained in the fluid do not exceed the maximum safety of the pump through the particle diameter standard.
2. The intake pressure should not exceed the maximum allowable pressure of the pump. Compressed air above the rated pressure may cause personal injury and property damage and damage the performance of the pump.
3. Ensure that the pumping piping system can withstand the highest output pressure achieved, and ensure the clean and normal working conditions of the driving pneumatic system.
4. Static sparks may cause explosions and personal injury and property damage. Use wires with a large cross-sectional area as needed to properly ground the grounding screws on the pump.
5. The grounding requirements are in compliance with local laws and regulations and some special requirements on site.
6. Tighten the pump and each connecting pipe joint to prevent static sparks from being generated by vibration. Use an antistatic hose.
7. Periodically check and test the reliability of the grounding system, requiring a grounding resistance of less than 100 ohms.
8. Maintain good exhaust and ventilation, away from inflammable, explosive and heat sources.
